What is a hair care at Biocoiff'?
At Biocoiff', there are 2 types of care: deep care and plant-based care, both certified ORGANIC. The deep care is suitable if your hair needs intense nutrition, the plant-based care is more suited to provide coating and shine. The most suitable treatment will be recommended by our organic colorist experts.
If I do a 100% plant-based coloring in your salon, do I also need to do a care?
Deep cares and plant-based cares are usually not necessary if you do a plant-based color, because it also has a coating, caring, and shining power!

Does the 100% plant-based hair color cover white hair?
Of course! Our colors cover 100% white hair. The personalized diagnosis at the beginning of the session allows us to elaborate your custom formula, adapted to your percentage of white hair and the desired color.
Is 100% plant-based hair color like henna?
Henna is a plant used in our colors, but it's obviously not the only one! We mix several dyeing plants in order to obtain an infinity of different colors.
Can you lighten with a 100% plant-based color?
No. The 100% plant-based color is composed only of plants put in powder form and mixed with hot water. The lightening necessarily passes by a bleaching, therefore by a chemical operation of oxidation.

Is the Mineral Highlight 100% plant-based?
To perform highlights, it is necessary to be able to lighten, therefore to bleach. The Mineral Highlitgh is therefore not 100% plant-based. However, the products we use in this service are derived from a formula whose components are as gentle as possible. Based on minerals, the Mineral Highlight that we offer will bring highlights without damaging your hair.
What's the difference with other classic highlights?
The Mineral Highlight we offer is guaranteed free of PPD, ammonia, resorcinol, parabens, persulphate, silicone, 1% for the Planet. 🌏, and Vegan 🐰

In 2005, Charley became the first organic and plant-based hairdresser in Paris. Fascinated by plants and their powers, he developed an expertise in coloring that is now recognized worldwide.
This passion led Charley to create unique certified organicshampoos and skincare products to complement her range of hair care products.
This was the beginning of what we now call Rébiolution.
Allergic to "traditional" chemical colorings , Charley made a radical decision to throw out all products with an unhealthy composition, offering only colorings made from certified organic and vegan dye plants.
Since then, Biocoiff has become France's most famous organic hairdressing salon, and Charley trains hairdressing professionals from all over the world in new, responsible styling practices.
Biocoiff regularly appears in the media to defend a different vision of hairdressing: natural, respectful of health, animals and the planet.

It was in this salon in the 13ᵉ arrondissement of Paris that the Biocoiff adventure began. It was here that Charley first experimented with plant-based powders received directly from India.
